How It Works

We do our best to make sure everything flows as seamless as possible every step of the way from the customization order form to delivering your order securely.

If you experience any difficulty placing an order for custom PassionPens, we offer a telephone ordering service. You may call us and describe everything you want. We will then create the invoice for you and guide you every step of the way.

Here is how it works in 5 simple steps outlined below:

Step 1 - Customize

Use the PassionPen customization form to create your customized PassionPens. Clicking the “Add To Cart” button will save your customization which can later be adjusted at any time before the order is paid for after the checkout process. To edit or change any part of your saved customization, simply go to your cart page and click the “Edit options” button next to the cart item. If you create a PassionPen account, your order will be saved to your account which you may return to editing at any time.

Step 2 - Checkout

Once you are happy with your customizations, it’s time to checkout. Credit card and PayPal payments are typically limited to small amounts ($10,000 or less). Because of this we strongly recommend using the Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment gateway when you pay. ACH payments are bank transfers that are more secure, easier to use and quicker than wire transfers. ACH payments are considered to be the most secure and efficient payment method for larger transaction values.

Step 3 - Post Processing

Before we being building your customized PassionPens, first we will make sure that the product will satisfy your approval. To do this, we create a set of 3D images that will closely match your order. These images will be emailed to the email recipient listed in the billing/shipping order details. We will make any changes to the 3D preview until you are happy with and approve the final results. We will then begin producing your order.

Step 4 - Production

It may take up to 4 weeks to produce orders under 10,000 PassionPens. It may take up to 8 weeks to produce orders of 10,000 or more PassionPens. We will keep you informed of the order status via email. You may also reach out to us at any time with any questions or concerns to [email protected]

Step 5 - Shipment & Delivery

Depending on the order size, shipment containers can range from a large box to multiple full-sized pallets. Therefore, it is important to consider where you will receive your order and how you will safely move and store the boxes or pallets once they arrive at your specified destination. If your order arrives on pallets, the delivery truck will use a forklift to unload the pallets.
